Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of podcast production from planning to publishing.
- Develop new episode ideas and coordinate with different teams.
- Manage and direct the production team to ensure high quality.
- Contribute to editing and refining audio content to enhance quality.
- Monitor and analyze episode performance and work on continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in podcast production or related fields.
- Strong skills in audio editing using software such as Adobe Audition or Audacity.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of podcast distribution platforms and how to optimize audience reach.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Required Skills:
- Creativity in generating ideas and developing content.
- High organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of copyright and licensing related to audio content.
